The fundamental abilities, character traits, and beliefs that enable you to succeed in any workplace are known as employability skills. Our level 3 core certificate in employability and workplace skills has been created to give learners access to a wide range of information, understanding, and personal qualities that are crucial for success in the workplace.

Overview

This course has been created to help you succeed in landing a career, moving up in your chosen industry, or getting ready for graduate school.

The students:

  • Build up understanding of workplace employment and employability across a variety of industries.
  • Develop a variety of skills, resources, vocabulary, practices, and procedures related to employment, employment skills, and employability.
  • Develop the interpersonal and self-confidence skills necessary for the workplace.
  • Be able to foster personal effectiveness while enhancing communication abilities. 

Learners who successfully complete this certification will have the fundamental knowledge and abilities needed to succeed in work or further education.

Students will have the chance to apply for admission to a full BA degree program at a number of UK institutions after completing this course. Students may also choose to do our level 4/5 business management diploma and then go on to one of many UK institutions to earn a BA as a top-up.

There are six modules and six written tasks in the level 3 course. Each module has 40 hours of guided learning content and an extra 30 to 50 hours of optional content, which includes suggested exercises, readings, online resources, and self-testing activities.

The best candidates for this course are those who are at least 16 years old, have completed high school, and want to move on to an undergraduate level 4/5 diploma in business management.

Assignments in writing

Six written assignments are required for the level 3 foundation diploma in employability and workplace skills. Each assignment is between 2,000 and 3,000 words long.
