Human Resource Management

Overview

Do you desire to lead and manage human resources effectively? The level 7 Human Resource Management course, which carries 120 credits, was created to fulfill the needs of senior and intermediate managers in managing their enterprises and to ease their ascent to senior positions within their organizations. Managers must be aware of problems, be able to evaluate their possible outcomes and effects, and choose how to respond. They need to have a general understanding of what specialized facilities and services are available and how they might help in fulfilling that job; they do not need to be experts in every area of business.

This course is made up of 6 modules and gives learners the ability to progress onto the final year of a postgraduate degree.
