The level 3 foundation diploma in people and organizations is intended to give learners with a flexible, relevant course in which they may develop comprehension and knowledge of the structure, values, and behaviors of organizations, as well as people management.

There are six modules and six written tasks in the level 3 course. Each module has 40 hours of guided learning content and an extra 30 to 50 hours of optional content, which includes suggested exercises, readings, online resources, and self-testing activities.

The best candidates for this course are those who are at least 16 years old, have completed high school, and want to move on to an undergraduate level 4/5 diploma in business management.
